Remote LLM Engineer – AI Code Review & Challenge Creation

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote AI training program. As an LLM Engineer you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate model responses, and design coding challenges that help improve large language model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑written code for correctness, efficiency, and best‑practice adherence.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test model capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated output using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to guide model improvements.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
