Remote Land Surveyor / Civil Engineer (Civil 3D)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer specialized in land surveying and Civil 3D to join our remote team. The role focuses on designing and overseeing land development, public works, and utility projects while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design grading, drainage, roadway, and utility plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS.
• Prepare stormwater, hydraulic, and hydrology calculations, including detention ponds and erosion control.
• Create as‑built, foundation, road inventory, and wetland surveys, and draft precise legal descriptions with accompanying maps.
• Provide technical guidance on design feasibility, cost‑effective solutions, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct quality control reviews of all drawings and survey drafts before final sign‑off.

Required profile

• Verified experience in land surveying, drainage/sewer systems, and Civil 3D.
• Advanced spoken English (mandatory) and strong reading of specialized survey drawings.
• Ability to interpret topographic and boundary surveys for project planning.
