Remote Frontend Engineer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to join a paid remote AI training program focused on evaluating and improving AI‑generated code. The position is fully remote and asynchronous, allowing you to work up to 40 hours per week based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Legal authorization to work in any listed Latin American country (e.g., Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
