About the role
WorkBetterNow is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support its executive team remotely from LATAM or the Caribbean. You will act as the right‑hand for the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality communication.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar across multiple time zones, scheduling meetings, events, and reminders.
- Screen, draft, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO or executive team.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, bookings, and expense reporting.
- Conduct business research and prepare concise summaries for decision‑making and client outreach.
- Maintain and update contact databases and CRM systems with accuracy and discretion.
- Answer and route calls professionally, serving as the first point of contact for stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports, meeting agendas, and follow‑up tasks.
- Support special projects and executive‑level personal tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as an executive assistant to CEOs or senior managers.
- Professional proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) with excellent written and spoken communication.
- Stable work‑from‑home environment with reliable internet (≥25 Mbps) and appropriate hardware.
- Commitment to work‑life balance, continuous learning, and company values.
Required skills
- Expertise with Microsoft 365 (formerly Microsoft Office).
What we offer
- Starting salary of $1,200 USD per month, increasing to $1,350 USD after two years.
- Monthly $50 wellness bonus after the first three months.
- Two annual salary adjustments (work anniversary and calendar year).
