Remote DevOps Engineer – AI Code Review & Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Remote DevOps Engineer to join our AI training program across Latin America. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses and create coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance. The position is fully remote, asynchronous and project‑based, making it ideal for software engineers looking for flexible, part‑time work.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior to senior level).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
