Remote Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Assistant (English & Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a remote bilingual Customer Service & Sales Assistant to support a growing U.S.-based client. The role involves handling inbound calls and emails, educating prospects, and converting sales opportunities while delivering exceptional service in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Educate potential customers on services, procedures and solutions, creating a positive experience.
• Build strong relationships and represent the brand professionally in every interaction.
• Convert qualified inbound and outbound sales opportunities into booked services, meeting sales performance metrics.
• Follow established sales processes, contact‑center procedures and quality standards.
• Accurately document interactions and maintain records in the CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals, customer‑satisfaction targets and key business KPIs.
• Maintain reliable attendance and thrive in a fast‑paced remote sales environment.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, customer service, call centre, customer success or business development.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• KPI‑driven, agile and coachable.
• Available to work rotating 8‑hour shifts (including possible weekends).

• Google Workspace.
• Microsoft Office.
• CRM tools.
