About the role

Valatam is seeking a motivated Remote Bilingual Business Development Associate to support a growing U.S.-based client. You will deliver top‑tier customer service, educate prospects, and turn qualified leads into booked services while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Educate potential customers on services, procedures, and solutions.
• Build strong relationships and represent the brand positively.
• Convert qualified inbound and outbound sales opportunities into booked services, meeting close‑rate metrics.
• Follow established sales processes, contact‑center procedures, and quality standards.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and KPIs.
• Maintain reliable attendance and thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 3–4 years of experience in sales, customer service, call center, customer success, or business development.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
• KPI‑driven, agile, and coachable.
• Available for rotating 8‑hour shifts (40 hours/week), including possible weekends.
