Remote Backend Developer – AI Training Program

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. You will review and evaluate AI‑generated code, rate AI responses for accuracy and quality, and create coding challenges to improve model performance. The position is fully asynchronous and flexible, ideal for engineers looking for project‑based work.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess code produced by AI models for correctness, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to help improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
