Remote Backend Developer – AI Code Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking remote backend developers across Latin America to join a paid AI training program. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses, and create coding challenges to help improve model performance. The work is fully asynchronous and flexible, ideal for engineers looking for project‑based tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level or senior level.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Legally authorised to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
