Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its global talent acquisition efforts. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving efficient staffing processes for a variety of technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the staffing strategy for open positions across the company.
• Gather and document profile requirements and job specifications.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to source and identify potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover growth opportunities.
• Recommend improvements to staffing and recruiting workflows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Desirable: prior experience in IT recruitment.
