Quantitative Consultant – Data Science & Modeling

About the role

As a Quantitative Consultant you will join high‑impact projects for leading organisations, applying data‑mining, predictive and trend modelling, as well as Monte‑Carlo simulation techniques. You will support business units and R&D teams with quantitative analysis and credit rating model reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data‑mining and knowledge‑discovery solutions.
• Build predictive and trend models, including Monte‑Carlo simulations.
• Review and enhance credit rating and scoring models.
• Provide quantitative support to business and research‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student with a strong academic record.
• Excellent computer literacy and a proactive, responsible attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Post‑graduate studies or specialised courses in Data Science, Quantitative Finance or related fields are a plus.
• Knowledge of additional languages is desirable.

Required skills

• Modelling techniques: logit, GLM, time‑series, decision trees, random forests, clustering.
• Statistical programming: SAS, R, Python, Matlab.
• Big‑data tools and platforms: Hadoop, Hive.
