Product Designer (Figma + Agentic AI) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer experienced with Figma and emerging Agentic AI tools to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to design discussions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems that scale across complex products.
• Leverage AI‑assisted design tools and prompt‑driven workflows to accelerate iteration.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and responsive design standards are met.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver work on a project‑based schedule.
• Take extreme ownership of deliverables and align with client goals.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX, or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong visual design sensibility and user‑centered design methodology.
• Ability to solve complex design problems and iterate rapidly while maintaining quality.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
