Paid Creative Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Creative Strategist to lead creative development for investor acquisition campaigns at Axis Reach, a performance‑marketing division of Industry FinTech. Based in Quito and working in a hybrid model, you will shape creative strategy, messaging and testing to drive qualified investor demand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts for paid social and investor acquisition.
• Research investor audiences to identify hooks, pain points and motivations.
• Write creative briefs, ad concepts, scripts and copy for static, video, carousel and other formats.
• Collaborate with media buyers, agency partners and internal designers, video editors and content creators.
• Direct production using AI‑powered tools such as Higgsfield, Runway and ElevenLabs when appropriate.
• Maintain audience insight libraries, messaging frameworks and testing roadmaps.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable creative optimisations.
• Stay current on creative trends, platform best practices and winning strategies in financial services.

Required profile

• Fluent English; ability to work with U.S.‑based teams.
• 3+ years experience in creative strategy, performance marketing or paid social advertising.
• Proven track record developing high‑performing ad creatives for Meta, Instagram, Facebook or similar channels.
• Strong understanding of direct‑response marketing principles and creative testing.
• Exceptional copywriting and messaging skills.
