Organic Growth Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Organic Growth Specialist with at least three years of experience to boost website traffic through SEO, content marketing, and social media. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creativity to build sustainable organic strategies that generate qualified leads and raise brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
• Create and manage LinkedIn and other social‑media content.
• Write blogs, case studies, guides, and lead‑generation pieces.
• Maintain content calendars and posting schedules.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social‑media insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, and social‑media management.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level (written and verbal).
• Proven track record of driving organic website traffic growth.
• Understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Required skills

• SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Social‑media management tools: Buffer, Hootsuite (or similar).
• Content creation tools: Canva, CapCut (basic graphic/video editing).
