Operations Assistant – Warehouse & Shipping

About the role
The Operations Assistant supports daily warehouse activities, ensuring packages are received, processed, and shipped accurately and safely. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling a variety of tasks that keep the supply chain moving efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock inbound products, including returns.
- Pick, verify, and stage orders for shipment.
- Create shipping labels and complete paperwork in the warehouse management system.
- Palletize, wrap, and load cases onto trailers.
- Operate power equipment and other heavy machinery safely.
- Coordinate pick‑up schedules with carriers and respond to customer inquiries.
Required profile
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shift hours, up to five days per week.
Required skills
- Power equipment operation
- Use of a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
