Nutrition Sales Representative

About the role

ReckittHome is seeking a Nutrition Sales Representative to promote our trusted nutritional products to healthcare professionals in Cuenca and surrounding regions. You will act as the bridge between our scientific portfolio and the medical community, ensuring patients have access to high‑quality nutrition solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medical visits to public hospitals, private clinics, pharmacies and health professionals.
• Segment and target the medical panel, maintain compliance with company policies, and track KPI performance.
• Manage inventory levels, coverage metrics and conduct regular evaluations.
• Analyze market trends, sales data and prescription patterns to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee territory management, ensuring optimal product placement and availability.
• Utilize promotional materials, visual aids and scientific activities tailored to the medical panel.
• Organize events and collaborate with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to drive product adoption.

Required profile

• University degree (Licenciatura) in a relevant field.
• Experience in medical visits and sales territory management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data, KPIs and reporting tools.
• Intermediate English proficiency (preferred).
