Network Development Coordinator

About the role

The Network Development Coordinator will lead the execution of the dealer network growth strategy, ensuring expansion plans, standardisation and continuous improvement are implemented across the market. The role focuses on monitoring performance indicators, evaluating growth opportunities and coordinating projects to guarantee efficient market coverage, network profitability and brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect market and dealer performance data for each province.
• Analyse geographic distribution of dealers to identify expansion or restructuring opportunities.
• Provide market and network performance insights to support strategic decisions.
• Support project execution (openings, relocations, remodels) ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
• Supervise field project execution to ensure alignment with defined standards.
• Manage communication between involved areas for efficient implementation.
• Assist in applying factory‑defined image standards to maintain brand consistency.
• Monitor compliance with network standards and propose improvement plans for infrastructure and image.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in network development, point‑of‑sale expansion, project management or commercial planning, preferably in automotive or retail.
• Knowledge of financial project evaluation (cost‑benefit analysis, ROI).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and field monitoring.
• Experience with geographic data analysis and market distribution studies.
