National Representative – Ecuador (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a National Representative for Ecuador to act as the primary bridge between local enterprises and our headquarters in Shenzhen. The role is fully remote and offers flexible working arrangements, suitable for both full‑time and part‑time candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end local enterprise compliance services, including legal inspections, policy guidance and risk assessments for overseas‑invested companies.
• Manage company registration, modification, cancellation and other commercial procedures in Ecuador, ensuring legality and efficiency.
• Provide full‑cycle financial and tax services such as bookkeeping, tax filing, annual audits and compliance monitoring.
• Monitor and communicate updates on Ecuadorian industry, tax and regulatory policies to the Shenzhen headquarters.
• Identify, verify and connect high‑quality local partners – law firms, accounting firms, tax advisors and industrial service providers – and maintain a stable resource library.
• Support the headquarters in matching supply‑chain resources, facilitating cross‑border business and customer service initiatives.
• Serve as the exclusive local liaison, coordinating demands between Ecuadorian enterprises and the headquarters to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Prepare regular reports on local business activities, resource status and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business services, corporate compliance, finance or legal support within Ecuador.
• Strong understanding of Ecuadorian commercial, tax and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
