Market Change and Communications Lead (12‑month contract)

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position is responsible for delivering market‑level change and communications initiatives for a leading ice‑cream company in Ecuador. Reporting to the Regional Change Team and Market Deployment Lead, you will own the local design, rollout, and hyper‑care phases of change interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market‑level change delivery using global playbooks and localized wave materials.
• Own and execute the market communications plan, adapting toolkit content to local requirements.
• Validate and conduct the local Change Impact Assessment, capturing impacts in the designated template.
• Manage a team of Market Change Agents to tailor communications for functional needs, including tone and translation.
• Track readiness, collect feedback, and report status to the Regional Change Team.
• Escalate risks, issues, and roadblocks to the Market Change Advocate or Regional Change Team as needed.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder‑management, communications and programme‑management experience.
• Proven ability to operate in complex transformation environments.
• Solid understanding of change‑management frameworks and methodologies.
