Maintenance Planner

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Planner to join our Manufacturing & Global Operations team. You will help ensure our pharmaceutical products are produced safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards by improving equipment reliability and supporting regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze equipment performance trends and develop root‑cause analyses.
• Challenge the status quo and propose improvements to increase asset reliability.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to align maintenance activities.
• Participate in internal and external audits within the area.
• Apply GMP and GLP guidelines to all maintenance‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance planning or coordination in the pharmaceutical, consumer‑goods, or food industry.
• Strong organizational abilities and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Intermediate English proficiency for communication with global peers and stakeholders.
• Proactive, well‑organized attitude focused on regulatory compliance and teamwork.
