Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Guayaquil team. In this role you will support daily transportation operations, ensure shipment visibility, and maintain strong communication with carriers and customers to achieve on‑time deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments to guarantee timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain regular communication with carriers for status updates and accurate reporting.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve delays, service failures, and operational issues.
• Update the Transportation Management System (TMS) and internal tools with precise shipment data.
• Communicate shipment status, exceptions, and updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes and service standards.
• Collaborate with dispatch and carrier teams to optimise shipment performance.
• Escalate critical issues and provide timely solutions to minimise disruptions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, or related operational roles.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
