IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will act as the bridge between client services, sales, and the broader recruiting function, ensuring that pre‑vetted technical candidates are matched quickly and efficiently to ongoing IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize the existing pool of pre‑vetted candidates for current IT opportunities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process from the client side, including candidate selection, resume editing, and presentation.
• Collaborate daily with Client Services, Sales, and the Talent Acquisition team to meet staffing deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and metrics to optimize time‑to‑market and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Required skills

• Advanced level of English.
