International Sales Executive – Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an International Sales Executive to join our logistics team, focusing on perishable cargo exports. The role is based on‑site and involves developing new business opportunities across the USA, Europe, Asia and Russia while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for perishable logistics services.
• Manage and grow an international client portfolio.
• Travel abroad for client visits, trade fairs and market research.
• Maintain the CRM system, track sales activities and follow up on collections.
• Achieve sales targets and KPI metrics set by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level (mandatory); Russian language preferred.
• Proven experience selling perishable logistics services or flower commercialization.
• Strong teamwork, communication and customer‑relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
