International Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an International Marketing Specialist to drive our digital growth across Europe and North America. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, turning data, platforms and campaigns into measurable brand expansion for a purpose‑driven biotech startup.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement e‑commerce and digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s global vision.
• Analyse performance data to optimise SEO, SEM and AIO‑driven campaigns.
• Manage and optimise product listings and advertising on Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller.
• Coordinate order fulfilment, post‑sales operations and logistics to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Director to maintain a consistent brand narrative across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Commercial Management or a related field.
• 5 + years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or digital channel management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience working with brands targeting European or United States markets is highly desirable.

Required skills

• SEO and SEM expertise.
• Proficiency with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller platforms.
• Strong command of AIO tools for campaign optimisation.
• Order management and logistics coordination capabilities.
