Inbound Sales Representative – US Home Services (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join Mother’s modern home‑services team. Working remotely from Ecuador, you will convert inbound leads into booked appointments for our Texas‑based plumbing business, helping US homeowners secure reliable, hassle‑free plumbing services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and online inquiries from US customers.
• Qualify leads and schedule service appointments for the plumbing team.
• Follow up on leads, address objections, and ensure a high conversion rate.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Work evening, night and weekend shifts to match US business hours.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) with strong spoken communication.
• Proven experience in inbound sales, appointment setting or customer‑service roles.
• Ability to work independently and handle high‑volume lead flow.
• Availability for night shifts and weekends.

Required skills

• English language proficiency (C1/C2).
