About the role

As a Bilingual Sales Development Representative you will work closely with the Sales Manager to shape and strengthen the commercial strategy of an international software consultancy. You will identify and engage new clients across the US and Europe, building relationships that generate opportunities for innovative software development projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate qualified outbound opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and prospecting tools.
  • Target Director, VP and C‑level decision‑makers in the US and European markets.
  • Qualify prospects using a consultative approach, handle objections and book meetings that feed a legitimate pipeline.

Required profile

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Quito (3 days in office).
  • 2‑4 years of experience in sales development, business development, marketing or consulting, preferably in SaaS or IT services.
  • Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 level), written and spoken.
  • Proven success in generating outbound opportunities and meeting KPI goals.
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience managing outreach sequences and tracking performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, proactive and self‑motivated.

Required skills

  • HubSpot (or similar CRM platform).
  • Salesforce (or similar CRM platform).
  • Apollo.io (or similar prospecting tool).
  • Google Meet / Zoom for virtual meetings.
