HR Generalist – On‑site in Quito

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our operations team in Quito. The role combines traditional HR duties with office administration, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while supporting our staff and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with potential vendors via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly using internal tools.
• Manage office generalist tasks such as maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, budgets, shopping, logistics, and coordination.
• Provide flexible support for ad‑hoc duties outside the core specification as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (near‑native) with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• Critical thinker and independent problem‑solver.
• Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and a variety of software applications.
• Available to work full‑time on‑site (Mon‑Fri, 9 AM‑6 PM) and reside in Quito.
