HR Generalist – On-site in Quito

About the role
The HR Generalist will support our operations team in Quito by handling a wide range of office and vendor‑related tasks. You will be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day administrative duties while ensuring smooth communication with external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with potential vendors via call, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly using internal tools.
- Manage office generalist duties such as maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, budgets, shopping, logistics and coordination.
- Adapt to additional tasks outside the core specification as needed.
Required profile
- Fluent in English (near‑native) with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient with computers, mobile devices and standard software applications.
- Strong time‑management, prioritisation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Technology‑savvy and open to new tools and processes.
- Available for full‑time onsite work (Mon‑Fri, 9 AM‑6 PM) and resides in Quito, Ecuador.
