HR Data Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role

The HR Data Quality Assurance Analyst joins CARE’s Quality Assurance Unit within the HR Technical Section. Reporting to the HR Quality Assurance Team Lead, the analyst ensures the integrity and reliability of data across all HR systems used by CARE headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Validate that HR data conforms to required formats, ranges, and logical rules.
• Conduct regular audits of HR systems to detect inconsistencies, errors, and duplicate records.
• Run queries and analyze data to identify missing or inaccurate information.
• Identify data problems, bugs, or flaws in HR applications and report findings to the HR Support Section for correction.
• Review HR reports and dashboards before distribution to ensure accuracy against requested parameters.
• Validate new report automations and data extracts for correctness.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Experience with data quality monitoring and audit processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with HR technical teams.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Data querying and analysis (e.g., SQL or equivalent).
• Understanding of HR information systems and data structures.
