About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to ensure a smooth, fast, and engaging recruitment experience for candidates worldwide. Working fully remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, guiding applicants through each step of the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, maintaining engagement and commitment throughout the selection process.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude against job requirements.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Serve as the central point of contact during client interviews, ensuring clear and precise information flow.
• Collect and convey comprehensive candidate data to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.
