Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Analyst at BairesDev, you will be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Working remotely, you will ensure a smooth, engaging experience while supporting the company’s fast‑paced talent acquisition needs for both tech and non‑tech positions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and soft‑skill fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Act as the liaison between candidates and clients during interviews.
• Schedule and track interviews, tests, and assessments while sustaining candidate interest.
• Provide comprehensive candidate data to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.
