Head of Product (Remote) for Fast‑Growing SaaS Startup

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Product to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of an AI‑native partnership management platform. This is a remote, full‑time contractor role reporting directly to the CTO, leading an existing team of Product Managers in a fast‑growing, bootstrapped SaaS company.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine the product roadmap across all product areas.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the Product Management team.
• Partner with leadership to define product strategy, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery.
• Conduct customer discovery, user research, and competitive analysis.
• Define, track, and report on product KPIs such as adoption, retention, and feature impact.
• Drive sprint planning, release processes, and balance short‑term execution with long‑term vision.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Minimum 4 years leading Product Managers.
• Proven track record of shipping products that generate measurable business impact.
• Experience with enterprise software, integrations, and platform products.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Portuguese is a plus.
