About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Graphic Designer to join our Proof Team. In this position you will create production‑ready artwork proofs for promotional and customizable products, ensuring every file meets exact print specifications.

Key responsibilities

Create accurate artwork proofs for client approval.
Prepare print‑ready files with correct sizing, bleed, color mode (CMYK/RGB), and resolution.
Maintain strict alignment with client brand guidelines.
Review layouts for spacing, typography, and visual consistency.
Handle multiple proofs daily while preserving quality.
Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Production teams to prevent errors and delays.

Required profile

Detail‑obsessed and process‑driven.
Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
Proactive in identifying potential production issues.
Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
Reliable and accountable in a 24/7 operational environment.

Required skills

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
