Fullstack Node, Nest & React Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a seasoned Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and maintain high‑performance web applications using Node.js, Nest.js and React. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier talent, delivering solutions for leading tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop backend services following best practices.
• Implement and iterate features rapidly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate across functional teams to design, extend, and expose APIs.
• Maintain high code quality through reviews, unit tests, and analytics.
• Automate workflows and build tools to improve engineering efficiency.
• Define processes for product launches and releases.
• Participate in technical interviews to grow the engineering team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with React and Node.js.
• Strong background in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands‑on experience with micro‑services architecture and cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and version‑control systems.
• Advanced English communication skills.
