About the role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to design and maintain high‑quality web interfaces for our remote‑first team. This contract, part‑time position offers the chance to shape user experiences across a variety of products while collaborating with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web interfaces using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and optimise performance for speed and scalability.
• Apply best practices in code reviews, continuous integration, and frontend engineering.
• Translate complex requirements into clean, reusable code components.
• Communicate proactively through written and verbal channels to support a strong remote team culture.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications for optimal performance.
