Frontend Engineer – Remote AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to join a fully remote AI training program serving Latin America. In this project‑based role you will evaluate code generated by AI models, rate the quality of AI responses, and create coding challenges that help improve the underlying models.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI output using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior to senior level).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in any engineering discipline (full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, etc.).
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
