Finance Operations Analyst – Investor Distributions

About the role

AxisKey is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst (FinOps Assistant) to support core financial operations, focusing on investor distributions. You will ensure each distribution cycle is calculated accurately, reconciled, and executed on time while handling related payment and account requests.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate, validate, and prorate investor distribution amounts.
• Review distribution calculations to guarantee correct payouts.
• Track investor allocation details and maintain supporting documentation.
• Execute distribution cycles from calculation through payment.
• Reconcile distribution data across multiple files, reports, and systems.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies before payments are processed.
• Prepare and maintain distribution reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support payment processing, verify payment information, and manage ticket‑based requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment or distribution issues and provide timely updates.
