Finance Middle Office Analyst – Investment Operations

About the role

The Middle Office Analyst – Investment Operations supports the execution, control, and reconciliation of investment activities within the Life & Investment Division. The role ensures accurate processing of investment orders, maintains portfolio record integrity, and manages the flow of client funds across custodial and operational accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor investment orders with approved brokers and asset managers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Confirm trade execution, matching, and settlement according to instructions and track trade lifecycle events.
• Perform daily and periodic reconciliations of investment portfolios against custodian bank statements, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation for all reconciliations and adjustments.
• Coordinate cash flows, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, and monitor liquidity with Finance and Operations teams.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for brokers, custodians, and external investment partners, handling confirmations, settlements, and operational queries.
• Keep portfolio records up‑to‑date, including transaction history and position details.
