About the role

BairesDev is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its Executive Search team. The role is fully remote and focuses on identifying and attracting senior‑level talent for both internal positions and client organizations, primarily in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies for executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and manage placement processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Expand professional networks to source qualified talent.
• Stay updated on market trends to refine recruitment approaches.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and candidate assessment abilities.
