Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced Executive Headhunter to source, assess, and place senior‑level talent for its global client base. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while partnering with top‑tier organizations such as Google and leading Silicon Valley startups.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and evaluations to determine candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and leadership potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level roles.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively attract top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting U.S. candidates for commercial positions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Knowledge of multiple industries and executive‑level roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage several searches simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
