Executive Headhunter – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Headhunter to source, assess, and place senior‑level leaders for our global clients. You will work remotely, partnering with hiring teams to drive strategic growth through top‑tier talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level roles.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively identify and attract high‑caliber candidates via networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting U.S. candidates for commercial positions.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate‑assessment abilities.
• Broad knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
