Executive Assistant to C‑Level Executive (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior Client Engagement leader who oversees strategic accounts and growth initiatives. This fully remote role requires top‑notch organization, confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate operational needs across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendar and email coordination for a C‑level executive.
• Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, handling time‑zone differences.
• Arrange travel logistics, including itineraries and accommodations.
• Maintain and ensure data integrity in ERP and CRM systems.
• Draft, filter, and prioritize executive correspondence.
• Prepare and oversee departmental operational documentation.
• Execute special work‑related requests and internal processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C‑level executives.
• At least 2 years as an Executive Assistant in a technology or software environment.
• Strong command of English.
