Entry Level Software Developer – Remote AI Training

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for quality, and create coding challenges that help improve AI model performance. The work is asynchronous and project‑based, making it ideal for developers looking for flexible, remote opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work legally in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
