Entry-Level HR Associate – Remote

About the role

Join a global technology company as a Young Professional in Human Resources. You will support a variety of people‑focused initiatives, gain exposure to multiple HR functions, and work alongside experienced professionals in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Support day‑to‑day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating internal systems.
• Collaborate on engagement, well‑being, and culture projects.
• Help organize training and development activities, track participation, and collect feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in people management, organizational culture, or HR operations.
• Empathetic, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
