About the role

Essity is looking for a motivated individual to join its production line as a Packaging Operator. You will be responsible for packing products while meeting quality standards, minimizing waste, and protecting both the product and equipment. The role supports the company’s commitment to environmental stewardship and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform packing, sealing, and palletizing activities, ensuring compliance with production standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly machine area throughout your shift.
• Follow company guidelines for occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental protection.

Required profile

• General high school diploma or technical education.
• 0‑1 years of experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Strong orientation toward achievement, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to plan work and follow detailed procedures.
