E-commerce Project Manager

About the role

AxisKey is expanding its direct‑to‑consumer brands and needs an E‑commerce Project Manager to own the operational engine that drives campaign execution. You will coordinate the entire content‑to‑campaign pipeline, ensuring agencies, creators, designers and media buyers deliver on schedule and performance remains transparent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end workflow from content production through campaign launch for multiple D2C brands.
• Coordinate external partners such as agencies, freelancers, UGC creators and designers.
• Ensure creative assets meet campaign requirements and are handed off to media buyers on time.
• Track deadlines, dependencies and deliverables, removing blockers and escalating only high‑impact issues.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, MER) and keep business performance visible to leadership.

Required profile

• Highly organized and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
• Analytical mindset capable of tracking multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally across several brands.
• Excellent communication skills to keep teams aligned without constant oversight.
