DevOps Engineer (Remote – Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join its rapidly growing, fully remote team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will work in a fast‑paced consultancy environment, helping design, build, and maintain cloud‑native applications while ensuring reliability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, integrate and maintain new and legacy applications on cloud platforms.
• Design, implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as CircleCI, GitLab or Jenkins.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Pulumi or AWS CloudFormation.
• Manage container orchestration with Kubernetes and Helm charts.
• Apply configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef or Puppet.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, testing and production environments.
• Scale systems to meet demand and improve operational practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience with cloud computing (AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure).
• Hands‑on knowledge of infrastructure‑as‑code and CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency in container orchestration and configuration management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative setting.
• Good communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
