DC Advanced User – 3PL Operations

About the role

The DC Advanced User – 3PL supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring system efficiency and acting as a liaison between business teams and system administrators. You will train associates, troubleshoot issues, and help optimise processes to maintain high operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily DC operations, train associates and team leaders on system functionalities, and maintain system routines and clean‑ups.
• Collaborate with the systems team to create tickets, gather information, and report issues for resolution.
• Identify and suggest process improvements, monitor inventory tasks, investigate discrepancies, and generate performance reports.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing containers and assist team leaders in managing pick stations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, cost drivers, and DC system processes for inbound and outbound flows.
• Ability to quickly learn and convey new system features, coach and train colleagues, and work collaboratively in a fast‑changing environment.
• Organised, proactive in identifying improvements, and aware of how individual contributions affect overall success.
