Data Engineer (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Data Engineer to join its Analyst team. You will work on multicultural projects distributed worldwide, delivering clean, reliable data solutions that empower end‑users and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and identify data sources.
• Extract, cleanse, and transform data to create Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Present completed visualisations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Deploy and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards, handling analyst‑driven parameters.
• Develop, optimise, and maintain SQL Server stored procedures and queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong analytical mindset with a hands‑on approach to problem solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Tableau administration, licensing, security and deployment.
• SQL Server, including stored procedures and complex queries.
• Relational data modelling concepts.
