About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clear, accurate, and empathetic written and verbal responses to a variety of customer queries.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of AI‑driven support tools by sharing real‑world observations.
• Assess, annotate, and review support interactions to ensure quality and consistency.
• Identify common customer pain points and document best practices for issue resolution.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to provide feedback, suggest process improvements, and enhance training data quality.
• Maintain high standards of communication while working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all interactions and documentation.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
• Prior experience in customer support or a similar client‑facing role.
